Pieces of You Home Therapy Services offers just that, outpatient physical therapy in the comfort of your home. This sets us apart from typical home therapy services in that our patients do not need to be homebound to receive needed therapy services. Although, there must be a medical necessity for approval.
We are currently offering one-on-one outpatient-level physical therapy (PT) care primarily for seniors. Maybe you have completed your home care services for knee or hip replacement, however you continue to require therapy services to improve mobility and return to previous level of function. Maybe you just need to gain strength and balance to continue to safely live at home independently.
Many patients who are no longer considered "homebound" which is required for homecare services under Medicare Part A, often continue to have difficulty driving themselves to an outpatient clinic consistently for treatment. We hope to meet this need in Lake County, Ohio by bringing the clinic to you.
