Wellness Program
Our wellness program does not require a medical necessity and is not billable to insurance.
It is a service provided to prevent future decline of strength and mobility. It does not require a doctor's order for services and will be billed per visit at the end of each session. Monthly billing is also an option if you would like to take advantage of one of our monthly packages for added savings.
A wellness program can be started where outpatient physical therapy leaves off and you want to prevent decline. It can also be provided at any time as a program to help keep your loved one functioning safely at home.

Pay per visit
$50 wellness visit.
**MOST VISITS ARE AT LEAST 45 MINUTES.
MINIMAL CHARGE OF $50 FOR VISITS 30 MINUTES OR LESS.
EACH ADDITIONAL 15 MINUTES OVER 45 minutes is $15**
